Delete your account

How to delete your Koochers account and what is erased. Last updated: 28 September 2026.

From the app

Open the Profile tab.
Tap Delete my account.
Confirm with Delete permanently.

Deletion is immediate. You are signed out of all your devices.

By email

If you can't open the app anymore, write to bonjour@koochers.com from your account's email, with the subject "Account deletion". We may ask you to confirm the request to check it comes from you. We delete the account within 7 days at most and confirm it by email.

What is erased

your profile: name, handle, email, phone number, profile photo
your programs, sessions, sets, notes and stats
your friends and your links with a coach
the conversations you take part in
your posts and all their photos
your notification tokens and sign in sessions

Everything is erased as soon as the account is deleted. This can't be undone.

What is kept

If you had a subscription: the transaction history received from Apple, 10 years, as required by French commercial law.
Server logs, 30 days at most, for security.

If you have a subscription

An App Store subscription is cancelled in the iPhone settings: Settings, then your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Deleting your Koochers account does not stop Apple billing. Cancel first, then delete your account.
